Incidents
Members of The Icarus Line have been involved in several violent run-ins and conflicts with venues and other bands over the past decade. They have been banned from playing at West Hollywood's Roxy Theater after wrecking the club's lighting system. They were accused of vandalizing a van belonging to The Strokes. It has also been alleged that former member Jeff Watson got into an altercation with all five members of the metal band Avenged Sevenfold at the 2004 Leeds Festival.
Most infamously, while playing a show at a Hard Rock Cafe in 2002, former member Aaron North broke into a glass case and played a guitar that once belonged to Stevie Ray Vaughn.
