The winners of the VH1 reality show I Want to Work for Diddy, Suzanne Siegel and Mic Barber, were chosen on the October 6, 2008 episode of the program. Over the course of the series, participants battle each other for a chance to become Sean Combs' personal assistant. Combs is a rapper, reality show star, and entrepreneur who often goes by the name P. Diddy.
