Synopsis
Tala (Lisa Ray) is a Palestinian who is engaged and planning her wedding. She meets and falls in love with Leyla (Sheetal Sheth), a female of Indian descent. Anti-Semitism, cultural traditions, lesbianism and homophobia are explored in this autobiography of the author and director, Shamim Sarif.
