How it Works
Unlike Activision's Guitar Hero system—which targets toward a broader age-range and is essentially fantasy-based—I Can Play Guitar is meant for children, and teaches the fundamentals of actual guitar playing. The child-sized guitar input device is modeled after an electric guitar, with color-coded buttons on the fret-board representing actual notes, and a column of 6 pressure-sensitive strings to register rhythmic ability. Available game cartridges feature popular characters such as Barbie and SpongeBob SquarePants. -
