- "The Hyundai Santa Fe is an often overlooked crossover SUV that plays in a highly competitive segment of the market. Unlike some of its competitors, the Santa Fe offers third-row seating and space for up to seven occupants."—CarAndDriver.comhttp://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/hot_lists/car_shopping/7_passenger_family_haulers/2008_hyundai_santa_fe_review
- "The Hyundai Santa Fe is only a little smaller than a Toyota Highlander, but it costs about $6,000 less. Judging from Hyundai's performance in J.D. Power and Associates quality studies, Hyundai's vehicles are right in there in terms of quality and reliability as well. If you're in the market for a suburban SUV, the capable and refined Santa Fe should be included on your shopping list."—JB car pageshttp://www.jbcarpages.com/hyundai/santafe/2008/
