The NADA Guides picked the Hyundai Accent as the "best buy" sub-compact car under $15,000 in 2009. The Accent offers more room than the compact Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic. The 4-door Accent generates 110 horsepower and can run 36 miles on the highway per gallon. Six airbags, a tire monitoring system, and front and back crumple zones are some of the Accent's safety features.
