Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism is a thyroid disorder in which the thyroid gland does not produce enough hormones. Thyroid hormones control the rate of metabolism in the body. With the lack of these hormones the heart rate slows and the body slows down, feels tired and gains weight.

Symptoms
