Around 800 small dogs were taken from a home in Arizona where an elderly couple lived. Also about 82 caged parrots were found in the triple wide trailer. The living conditions were filthy with urine and feces all over the home. Most of the animals appeared to be in good condition, but some of them were missing paws. Officials feel that the elderly couple didn't want to give away the animals because they felt that no one else could give them a better home, so they didn't want to part with them. The dogs are going to be examined by veterinarians and will be offered for adoption as soon as possible. No charges have been filed against the couple, but the investigation is still being continued.
