The Humanitarian Bowl is an annual post-season American college football bowl game. The 2010 Humanitarian Bowl was played on December 18, 2010, at 5:30 p.m. EST. The game featured the Northern Illinois Huskies defeating against the Fresno State Bulldogs 40-17.http://scores.espn.go.com/ncf/boxscore?gameId=303520278 Northern Illinois entered as the Mid-American Conference Champion with a 10-3 overall and 8-0 conference record. 2010 Humanitarian Bowl Preview

Hunt notes that Northern Illinois bring in a strong defense, including a defense that can pressure the quarterback of the opposing team.
