Hugh Van Es was a Dutch photojournalist who worked with the Associated Press and United Press International during the Vietnam War. Van Es's 1975 photograph, "The Fall of Saigon" showed people evacuating a building in Saigon and climbing a ladder up to a CIA helicopter.
