Professional football player Howard Green is a nose tackle for the Green Bay Packers in the National Football League. Green was originally selected 190th overall in the sixth round of the 2002 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans. He made his debut that year with the Baltimore Ravens and went on to play with several other NFL teams in the years since. After college, Green was drafted by the Houston Texans, but never played for that team and instead joined the Baltimore Ravens with which he made his professional football debut. Between 2003 and 2004, Green played in 18 games with the New Orleans Saints and recorded 27 tackles and one pass deflection. In the week 11 episode of the show Title Town Talk, Howard Green of the Green Bay Packers sat down for an interview with Wayne Mausser to speak about the Packers 31-3 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Green discussed the contest, citing execution and taking the crowd out of the game as keys to the victory. He went on to talk about the fact that Vikings head coach Brad Childress was fired after the game, which was the fourth-consecutive win for Green Bay.
