Step 1: Access the Eye Drop and Ruler Tools
Tear off the eye drop and ruler tools by pressing on the black triangle in the corner of the eye dropper icon. The eye drop tool is the 11th button in the left column on your tool palate. Step 2: Use the Eye Drop Tool

Step 3: Use the Ruler Tool
Press the ruler icon on your tool bar to activate the measurement tool. Click and hold your mouse at the point where you want to start your measurement, then drag the line over the image to the termination point of your measurement.
