The difference between hand-drawn and graphic-designed images is often apparent in the perception of brush strokes. The newest version of Adobe Illustrator included in Adobe Creative Suite 5 offers a new tool designed to bridge the gap between hand-designed and computer-designed artistic images. The bristle brush tool collection presents brushes that mimic the style and texture of real media brushes. The brushes can be customized by size, length and number of bristles to create images with dimension and a layered look.http://tv.adobe.com/watch/cs5-web-premium-feature-tour/bristle-brush This graphic design tutorial offers an overview of how to use the new bristle brush in Adobe Illustrator.
