How to use SHOUTcast in Winamp
SHOUTcast is a feature that allows you to browse through online radio stations.
1. Open Winamp. Click Ctrl + L to open library. 
2. On the left-hand side, scroll down the directory and click Online Services.
3. In the main window, click SHOUTcast Radio.
4. Click Install. 
5. You can now access SHOUTcast Radio from your Winamp directory in the Online Services pull-down menu. Click SHOUTcast. 6. Inside SHOUTcast Scroll down and click Select Genres. Select a station and click the play button. You can tell the quality of the station based on the bit rate shown in kbps. You'll want to listen to a radio station that has at least 128 kbps.
