Mahalo hair styling expert Aubrey Loots demonstrates how to use hot rollers to add waves and volume to your hair.
Step 1: Section the Hair
Separate the hair into sections. The larger the hot rollers, the larger your sections can be.Step 2: Pre-Spray the Hair
Hold up the hair section and spray it with a light hairspray. Step 3: Add the Roller
Take a hot roller and start at the middle of the hair section. First wrap the end of the section around the roller. 
Then roll downwards to the roots of the hair. Use your fingers to wrap all the hair around the roller and then give it one more spray with the hairspray. 
Use the large roller clip to hold the roller into place and keep it firmly in the hair.
Repeat this step for every section of hair. Step 4: Let It Cool
Once the rollers are in place, let them cool down for the hair to set in place. This usually takes about 15-20 minutes. Before taking out the rollers, test them to make sure they are completely cool.
Step 5: Remove the Rollers
Gently take out the rollers. Keep the wave in the hair as it unwraps. You can spray the hair again to make it hold the curl. Use your hands to loosen up the waves.
