1. Visit the official website of DataViz, the manufacturer of the app, at DataViz.com on a desktop computer to locate and download the Documents to Go desktop application.  A direct link to the application can be found by pressing the "Desktop" icon in the iPad app as well.
   
2. Select the proper desktop application by choosing between Mac OS and Windows options.  When prompted, click to save the installer file to the computer.
