To get started, you will need to join Facebook by creating your own account. Linking your Twitter account to your Facebook profile is a quick and easy process. If you don’t have your own Facebook account yet, the process is outlined below. If you are already set up on Facebook, you can skip right to the second step.
Step 1: Join Facebook
- Go to Facebook.com and fill in the information into the required fields
- Submit the registration form
- Check the email address that you gave for a confirmation message.
- Click on the link to complete registration and log onto Facebook.
Step 2: Access Twitter from Facebook
Before you can begin tweeting, you will need to access the Twitter application.
- Sign onto Facebook.
- Go to Search in the top right corner, and enter Twitter
- Click on Twitter link.
- Choose View Application.
- Click Go To Application.
- Choose Add Application.
- Choose to Allow to give Twitter permission to access your Facebook profile.
Step 3: Log on to Twitter
If you already have a Twitter account, just log in and all of your tweets will be instantly transferred to your Facebook page. If you aren’t on Twitter yet, do the following:
- Go to [Http://Twitter.com Twitter.com]
- Click on ‘’Get Started—Join!’’
- Fill in the required info
- Click ‘’Create My Account’’
- Choose to invite friends from your address book, or click ‘’Skip this Step’’
- Choose people to follow, or click ‘’Skip this Step’’
- Tweet away, and all of your updates will automatically appear on your Facebook profile. Simple!
