How to Tag Friends in Photos on Facebook

Step 1: Upload and Select a Photo

Learn how to post photos on Facebook. You will first need to log into your Facebook account and add photos to one of your photo albums. When you have a photo posted, click on the image to bring up the photo’s page. There will be several links in the bottom right of the photo page, one of which is “Tag This Photo.”http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=831 

Step 2: Tag Yourself and Others in a Photo

Click on the “Tag This Photo” link in the bottom right of the photo page. Your mouse cursor will turn into the shape of a plus sign and you will be prompted to click on the faces of people in the photos. Step 3: Remove Tags

Click on any photo you are tagged in to bring up that photo’s page. Just below the picture there will be a list of people who are tagged in the photo. Beside your name there will be an option inside a parenthesis to “Remove Tag.” Click on “Remove Tag” to remove yourself from the list of tagged people in the photo.
