If you are in a hurry, immersing the bottle in a cold water ice bath should chill the wine in about 10 minutes. Don't allow the wine to get too cold, as cold can mask the flavors of the wine. How to Warm Wine
Wine can be warmed by leaving it at room temperature, which is usually warmer than the cellar temperature of 55°F. Be careful not to take it out too soon, as allowing it to warm up to 68°F or 72°F will affect your enjoyment of the wine. when a wine is too warm, the taste of the alcohol will dominate the flavors.
