• So, you've found a great video on YouTube or another video sharing website and want to share it with all your friends. Although you could open up your email and send a mass message to everyone in your address book, you can share your latest great video find with all your friends by posting it on Facebook. With just a few simple clicks, you can post the video to your profile, where everyone will be able to see and enjoy it. There are two ways to post videos to your Facebook page, both of which will only take a few minutes of your time.

• Regardless of which of the video posting methods you decide to use, you will need to be logged into Facebook, so:

1. Go to the Facebook home page (www.facebook.com)
2. Enter your user name and password
3. Click on the "Login" button

• Several video sharing sites, including YouTube, Veoh, Vimeo, Spike.com and CollegeHumor, will allow you to post videos to your Facebook profile directly. To do so:

1. Make sure that you are on the page containing the video you want to post
2. Look for the Facebook icon; it is usually on the right-hand side or directly below the video
3. Click on the Facebook icon
4. You will be redirected to a Facebook page. If you want to enter a comment, enter your text in the "Comment" box
5. Click on the "Post" button and the video will be uploaded to your profile
6. If you want to send the video to only one of your friends, click on the "Send a Message" tab, enter the recipients' name and your message in the appropriate boxes and then click send

1. Make sure you are logged in to Facebook
2. Go to your Facebook profile by clicking on the "Profile" tab on the top of the page, near the left hand side

4. This will bring up a list of options below the box. Locate and click on the "Link" option
5. Copy the URL of the video you want to post and then paste it into the address box below the work "Link"
6. Click on the "Attach" button to the left of the address box where you pasted the video URL
7. If you want to add a comment to your post, enter it in the box beneath "What's on your mind?"
8. Once you are ready to post the video, click on the "Share" button
