The C# minor chord falls on the lyrics But oh, I've gotta keep trying. Transition from one chord to the next every four beats.http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=2d4VTfnMfM8

Step 3: Incorporate the Lyrics

Once you know the chords and how to transition from one to the next, incorporate the lyrics to the song.http://www.metrolyrics.com/its-the-climb-lyrics-miley-cyrus.html At this point, you'll be able to associate the lyrics with the chord you should be playing, making it easier to transition from one chord to the next.  Practice these transitions regularly until you have mastered the song.
