How to Play No One Else on Earth by Wynonna Judd on Piano Videos
Step 1: Learn the Chord Progression
The verse of "No One Else on Earth" uses a chord progression that is commonly used in music.c The chords are close together, so they do not require a lot of movement up and down the keyboard. The chord progression is G - C - F - C. When playing these chords, your right hand will play the three notes of the chord and your left hand will play a single note of the chord.
For example, in the C chord the right hand will play C, E, and G. The left hand will play C. For the G chord, you may choose to play the left hand G an octave lower.c
Step 2: Add the Chords to the Lyrics
Once you are easily moving between the chords, it is time to add them to the lyrics. The verse of the song uses the same chord progression and repeats it several times. Start the song on the G chord and play it at the middle C position. The chorus of " No One Else on Earth" follows the same chord progression as the verses.c
G C F C
I've been a rock and I've got my fences,
G C F C
I never let them down
G C F C
When it comes to love, I keep my senses
G C F C
I don't get kicked around.
C F (pulse the F chord) C
I shivered once, you broke into my soul
C
The damage is done now
Step 3: Add a D Chord
In the second part of the verse you will add a D chord. This chord is only played with the two lines of lyrics that lead into the chorus. You may pulse the D chord to give that portion of the song a little strength. On the D chord, you can drop the pinkie finger to the D an octave below. Your left hand will stretch across a whole octave and play two D notes.c
D (pulse the chord)
I'm outta control
D
How did you get to me?
