The Form of the Song
"Forget You" is the single from Cee Lo Green's 2010 album, The Lady Killer.c
Whereas most songs begin with a verse, "Forget You" starts with its hooky chorus right at the start. From the chorus, it transitions into a funky verse and then into a pre-chorus before returning to the hook ("forget you").
The process then repeats with another verse, pre-chorus and chorus. This is followed by the bridge and the final chorus. Follow along with the form below:
