How to Make Tiramisu
1. Dissolve sugar in water inside saucepan on medium heat. Stir then remove from heat as soon as sugar dissolves.
2. Place yolks in large bowl. Whisk in sugar mixture, adding in a steady stream. Whisk until yolks are pale.
3. Add a quarter cup of espresso and Mascarpone. Whisk until evenly mixed. Set aside.
4. In another large bowl, whisk heavy cream with mixer until it reaches stiff peaks. Fold into Mascarpone mixture for a light, airy consistency. Set aside.
5. Mix coffee liqueur and remaining espresso in another large bowl. Dip in each ladyfinger for two seconds on each side. Layer half of them on bottom of baking dish.
6. Drizzle half of Mascarpone mixture on top of first layer and spread with spoon.
7. Place remaining ladyfingers on top of first Mascarpone layer then pour remaining Mascarpone on second ladyfinger layer.
8. Refrigerate uncovered for at least two hours. Sift cocoa powder and expresso powder over tiramisu.Enjoy Your Tiramisu

Tiramisu Variations
- For more chocolate flavor, grate three tablespoons of dark chocolate over each layer of ladyfingers.
