What You'll Need
- 6 oz. soft or silken tofu
- 4 tbsp soy milk
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 small bowls
- Blender
Ingredients and Equipment
Step 1: Mix the Ingredients
1. Place tofu in bowl. Use your hands to mix well until creamy.
2. Pour soy milk into tofu, then pour mixture into blender. Add Dijon mustard, salt and black pepper to taste and olive oil.
3. Place lid onto blender. Hold lid firmly as you blend mixture at medium speed. Blend mixture until consistency is creamy, smooth and thick.
4. Pour into bowl.
