  1. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly. Cut a chicken wing into 3 parts at the joints. Cut away excess fat.
  2. Prepare the marinade: grate the ginger and garlic. Mix with the rice wine and soy sauce.
  3. Put the chicken wings in a bowl or a resealable bag. Add in the marinade and massage the chicken wings to absorb the marinade.
  4. Let the chicken wings stand for an hour to overnight.
  5. Preheat the grill or oven for 400 F.
  6. Grill the chicken wings and baste with the marinade occasionally. Or bake the chicken for about 35 minutes.

  5. Boil the remaining marinade with some brown sugar and stir until it thickens nicely.
  6. Drizzle on top of the chicken wings. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
