Ingredients
- 12 to 15 chicken wings (discard tips and cut at the joints)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
Prepping Instructions
2. Mix flour, garlic salt and lemon pepper together in a bottom of a shallow dish. Bread chicken in the dish by rolling each piece in the mixture.
Cooking Instructions
2. Add remaining ingredients (vinegar, pineapple juice, catsup, soy sauce and sugar). Stir the sauce until all the sugar has dissolved.
