Cooking Process
- Mix together oats, almonds and coconut in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together agave nectar, canola oil, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix together.
- Preheat your oven to 250°.
- Spray your baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread granola evenly across the baking sheet.
- Place the granola in the preheated oven for 75 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir every 15 to 20 minutes.
- Store in an air-tight container in a dry, cool part of the house, and it will last for up to two months.
