- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Add the cream cheese to your mixing bowl and beat in the sugar with an electric mixer on low until the ingredients are combined.
- Add the flour and eggs, one at a time, as you continue to mix.
- Add the Baileys Irish Cream and the vanilla, mixing just until the ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into your graham cracker crust and put in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the heat of the oven to 250°F and continue to cook for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Put in the cheesecake into the refrigerator and let chill for at least 4 hours.
