What You'll Need
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small bowl
- 1 large bowl
Preparation
- Pour balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard and olive oil into your small bowl and mix together with a fork.
- Now place your washed baby spinach into the large bowl. Add crumbled goat cheese, strawberries and toasted walnuts.
- Pour the honey mustard balsamic vinaigrette you've just made into the salad bowl and toss. That's it!
