- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 /12 cups chopped artichoke hearts (canned or frozen and thawed is fine)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (light will do if you are watching your calories)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (same)
- 6 ounces cream cheese or neufchatel
- 1/3 cup grated Romano or parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Monterey Jack or pepper Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
