What You'll Need
Zucchini, peeled
- Mandoline slicer or knife
Make Your Noodles
Set your mandoline slicer to the level one or level two thickness setting.Â
- Run the zucchini lengthwise down the mandoline so that it produces long, thin pieces. If you don't have a mandoline, use a sharp knife to slice the zucchini into thin, even strips.
- Use the zucchini noodles in a lasagna dish or top with raw vegan tomato sauce.
