- 1 cup canned pumpkin or pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice

- 2 bowls
- Whisk or sifter
- Spoon or electric mixer
- 9x5" loaf pan

Step 2: How to Make Pumpkin Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- Combine the dry ingredients with a whisk or sifter.
- Mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, and water together, and add to the dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake 50-60 minutes until done.
- Remove form the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
