Martha Stewart demonstrates how to make mashed potatoes with horseradish and garlic. Martha adds 4 cloves of peeled raw garlic and some coarse salt to the water when boiling 5 pounds of russet potatoes. 2 teaspoons of horseradish are added along with 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter and 2/3 cup of hot milk while mashing the potatoes. -
