- 4 cups warmed milk
- 1 to 1-1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 pound of pasta

- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
