Ingredients
- 4 oz low-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Equipment
- Mixing bowl
- Wooden spoon or spatula
- Electric mixer
Cooking Process
- Place butter and cream cheese in the mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer.
- Gradually incorporate the powdered sugar, mixing as you go. Make sure you scrape everything off the sides and mix it in.
- Continue to mix until it is a smooth and creamy consistency.
