Hunch Punch is a popular fruity alcoholic drink among college youths. It is consumed at large school parties and home-coming fiestas. It is also called Jungle juice, a name generally believed to originate from the animal-like characteristics displayed by a person who has drunk it in excess. Hunch Punch can be made in different ways, generally containing strong alcohol, soda, and sweet juices. The sole aim of the drink is to get the consumer drunk in little time. This page provides instructions to make two alternative versions of hunch punch .

• 1 quart Vodka or rum
• 190 proof alcohol
• 2 quarts of Hawaiian Punch®
• 1 quarts Sprite ®
• 1 quart ginger ale
• 0.5 quart Kool-Aid ® (optional)
• 1.5 quarts mixed fruit juices (orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice]], and/or lemon juice)
• Various seasonal fruits (strawberries, cherries, apples, kiwis, and/or pineapples)

1. Cut the seasonal fruits into chunks and set aside
2. Pour the Hawaiian Punch®, Sprite ®, ginger ale, and Kool-Aid® (if using), into a punch bowl or cooler and mix together.
3. Add the mixed fruit juices and continue stirring.
4. Add the grain alcohol and the vodka or rum.
5. Add the chunks of mixed seasonal fruits and stir thoroughly.
6. Serve and enjoy responsibly.

This recipe is made is smaller quantities, and will serve 5-7 people. Increase quantities accordingly if you're serving more guests.

• 0.250 quart spiced light rum
• 1.1oz Spearmint leaves
• 0.200 quart of Hawaiian Punch®
• 0.500 quart soda water or Sprite ®
• 5- 7 fresh limes
• Chunks of sweet seasonal fruits

1. Extract the juice from the limes and pour into a blender
2. Add the spearmint leaves, ice cubes, rum, Hawaiian Punch® and blend until the ice is crushed
3. Add the soda water or Sprite ®, shake the mixture and pour into the tall glass
4. Add the chunks of seasonal fruits and garnish each glass with a lemon wedge
5. Insert a straw and enjoy!
