Oriental Hot Chicken Wings Recipe

- Cut the chicken wings into 3 parts each at the joints with kitchen scissors or a knife. Cut away excess fat, if any.
- Mix the hoisin sauce, honey, hot sauce, cayenne powder, fresh ginger, vinegar or sherry, and the cooking oil together to make the marinade.
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
