How To Make Hot Wings

  3. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  4. Place the chicken wings on baking sheets. Baste with the marinade. Bake for about 25 minutes.

  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients for the marinade with a whisk until they are combined. Taste if you need more seasonings.
  3. Pour in the marinade over the chicken. You can use a zip lock bag or a bowl to marinate the chicken. Massage the chicken wings so they will absorb the flavor from the marinade.
  4. Marinate for few hours or overnight.
  5. Grill the chicken wings on charcoal grill. Keep basting the chicken wings with the marinade.
  6. You can also bake the chicken wings in the oven. Preheat the oven for 400 F. Bake the chicken for around 35 to 40 minutes. Halfway through, turn over the wings and baste with the marinade.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  4. If you want thinner dressing, you can add some buttermilk.
  5. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
