What You'll Need
4 cups air-popped popcorn
- Himalayan pink salt to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Small mixing bowl
- Large mixing bowl
Prepare the Popcorn
In the small mixing bowl, combine the salt, oregano, chili pepper flakes and black pepper.
- Pour the air-popped popcorn into the large mixing bowl. Pour on enough oil to coat the popcorn. Alternatively, you can use a spray oil to lightly coat the popcorn.
- Sprinkle the dry ingredients on top of the popcorn and toss it with your hands, covering all the pieces with the spice mixture.
- Serve as a party treat or save for a snack on the go!
