What You'll Need
4 cups air-popped popcorn
- Himalayan pink sea salt
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 lime wedge
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Small mixing bowl
- Large mixing bowl
Prepare the Popcorn
In the small mixing bowl, mix the salt, cumin and chili powder.
- Pour the air-popped popcorn into the large bowl.
- Squeeze the lime wedge over the popcorn to coat the pieces with lime juice.
- Pour the mixture of dry spices over the popcorn and mix together with your hands.
- Add the lime zest and combine it with the popcorn and spices.
- Serve as a snack or as a side with a summer barbecue!
