Halloween Punch from the Culinary Institute of America
The Culinary Institute of America is known for training chefs for top restaurants. This video reveals their creativity, as instructor Doug Miller (who's also an alumnus of the school), demonstrates how to make several different Halloween punches. He includes a non alcoholic version, and gives tips on how to produce special effects with dry ice and fizzy candies.
Introduction
The punches on this page contain alcohol, and are suitable for those of legal drinking age. If you'd like to modify them for the younger set, replace the alcoholic beverage called for with a 50-50 mix of the juice and soda called for in the recipe.
