Making Basic Guacamole
- Start by chopping your onion and tomato into small pieces. Mince the garlic clove. Set aside until later.

- Cut both of your avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Use your spoon to scoop out the insides of the avocados and put them in your mixing bowl.
- Take your fork and mash the avocados up until the texture is smooth and there are no large chunks left.
- Cut the lime into quarters and squeeze the juice from them into your bowl.
- Add the chopped onions, tomatoes and minced garlic. Stir with your spoon until all the ingredients are properly mixed together.
- Add a small amount of salt and pepper. Taste the guacamole. Add more if necessary.
- Serve and enjoy!

- While the recipe above is a very basic guacamole recipe, this is by no means the only way to make it. Everybody has their own recipe and list of ingredients they use. Here are a few things that you can add to the above recipe (if you like) to give it extra flavor, taste and kick:
