Introduction
These Baja style fish tacos are light, crunchy, and flavorful. This is a super-fast recipe using frozen fish sticks. If you prefer to start with fresh fish, any white, firm-fleshed variety will do. Just grill, bake or fry with desired seasonings (see this page for cooking tips). You can also vary toppings, adding sour cream or even ranch dressing if you please! -
Step 2: Make the Tacos
- Cook fish sticks according to package directions
- Heat tortillas (60 seconds in the microwave will do)
- Take two tortillas and lay one on top of the other
- Place a fish stick on top
- Squeeze on a few drops of lime juice
- Top with jalapeno, tomato, cabbage and avocado
- Spoon salsa on top
- Repeat until tortillas are gone
