In this video, Judith Jones, one of Mahalo's expert chefs, shows you how to make egg and tuna salad with cherry tomatoes.
Ingredients and Equipment
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 can tuna
- 1 tbsp cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp basalmic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

You will also need 2 mixing bowls, a spoon and a serving plate or bowl.
Cooking Process
- To prepare the dressing, mix together the lemon juice, mustard, balsamic vinegar olive oil, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Whisk together and set aside.
- In a larger bowl, throw in the mixed greens, eggs, tuna and tomatoes. Toss the ingredients together.
- Pour the dressing over the top.
- Serve and enjoy!
