- Pour Jello powder into the measuring cup.
- Add 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Pour Jello mixture into ice cube trays.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes, until partially set.
- remove from the refrigerator, and push a blueberry into each Jello eyeball.
- Refrigerate for several hours until set.
- Before serving, dip the bottom of each ice cube tray in warm water to loosen the eyeballs.
- Using a knife, gently pop each eyeball onto a tray.
