If you spend a lot of time at bars and nightclubs, or are a fan of The Deadliest Catch, you are probably familiar with the duck fart. Despite the name, these shooters actually taste pretty good. They are also easy to whip up--just read this guide to learn how to make duck fart shots.

If you have ever watched the first episode of any season of Deadliest Catch, you've probably seen all of the famous crab boat captains swigging traditional duck fart shots to bring them luck out on the precarious seas. These shots have been around for years, and are staples at many bars across America.

You will need:

• Crown Royal whiskey
• Irish cream
• Kahlua
• Clear shot glasses

1. Fill 1/3 of a shot glass with Crown Royal.
2. Pour in an equal amount of Kahlua.
3. Drizzle Irish cream down the side of the shot glass, so that it forms a layer on top (this may take practice--pour slowly).
4. Serve.

1. If you don't want to spend the cash on brand names, any Canadian whiskey or coffee liquor may be substituted for the Crown Royal or Kahlua, respectively.
2. For a sweeter shot, use Amaretto instead of Kahlua.
3. To make a moose fart, add one part vodka.
