Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 medium bananas, sliced thin
- 1 sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix small pack
- 3 cups skim milk
- 1 16 ounce can juice packed crushed pineapple
- 1 8 ounce carton sugar free whipped topping
- 1 cup sliced strawberry
Directions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and pat into 9X13 pan
- Slice bananas onto the crust.
- Mix pudding according to direction and pour over bananas.
- Drain pineapple and spread over pudding. Get as much juice as possible out before putting on the dessert.
- Spread whipped topping over pineapple.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
