Meals can be prepared before leaving for work and ready to eat when the work day ends. This easy means of meal preparation helps when cooking on a budget as it prevents the need for dining out.
To make crockpot stuffing gather the ingredients normally used in your favorite Thanksgiving stuffing. Stuffing is generally prepared to go inside the turkey for the holiday meal. If you are longing for that stuffing taste later in the season, it isn't necessary to cook a bird to achieve the taste. All it takes is a mixing of the ingredients with some key seasonings and a corn bread base.
When cooking in a crockpot, the lid needs to remain on the dish as much as possible as allowing the crock to cook without creating the need to reheat to vessel each time. Crockpot stuffing can be used as a side dish or as a main course.
