- 2 pounds of beef, cut in thin strips
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 4 ounces of canned sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 cup sour cream

- Combine the beef and flour in a paper bag and shake well.

- 1/4 cup chopped onion
