Make the Crepes

- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth, with no lumps.
- Refrigerate the batter for at least one hour.
- Heat the pan and grease with cooking spray, oil, or butter.
- Pour enough batter in the pan to thinly cover its surface.

- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Fill the Crepes

- Wet the crepe with a small amount of rum, kirsch, Grand Marnier or another liqueur, then sprinkle with sugar.
